Application

Shake the bottle before use. Depending on the backing plate size of the polishing machine used, place the product on the SONAX Eccentric Pad medium 143 DA (04933410) or 165 DA (04935000). If necessary, sand out any defects beforehand using wet sandpaper P2000 or finer. Polishing process phase 1: Pressure: max. 5 kg €“ Speed*: approx. 2000 rpm - Time: 20 sec Polishing process phase 2: Pressure: 1-2 kg €“ Speed*: approx. 4000 rpm - Time: 120 sec The times refer to one polishing pass on an area to be polished of approx. 1 square meter of averagely hard paint. * The speed varies depending on the machine type. Remove residues with SONAX ultra-fine microfiber cloth (04507000). Check the polishing result at random by wiping with SONAX PROFILINE Prepare (0237300) on an ultra-fine MF cloth and illuminating with a hologram lamp. PLEASE NOTE: Clean polishing pads regularly and never use different polishing agents on one pad. Protect from frost. Safety data sheet available on request.
