CTEK charger MXS 3.8 EU, 56-309, 7350009563093 The MXS 3.8 is a highly developed, microprocessor-controlled battery charger with patented float/pulse trickle charging for batteries from 1.2 Ah up to 85 Ah. The MXS 3.8 solves a number of battery problems and is an ideal charger for everyday use. Features of the MXS3.8 include battery health diagnostics to determine whether the device can receive and hold charge, a patented automatic desulphation program, and a special “Snowflake” mode for optimal charging on cold winter days. The patented Float/Pulse trickle charge makes the MXS 3.8 ideal for long-term maintenance. The entire process of battery testing, charging and maintenance can be easily tracked on the clear LED display. The MXS 3.8 is a fully automatic 12 V charger based on the “connect and forget” principle with 7 charging levels; it offers selectable programs of 0.8 A and 3.8 A. The 3.8 A program has a “snowflake” mode. Wide charging range for all lead-acid battery types from 1.2 Ah up to 80 Ah with additional trickle charging capacity up to 130 Ah. Splash-proof and dust-proof (IP65). The MXS 3.8 is safe and easy to use, spark-free, reverse polarity protected and short circuit proof, and protects the vehicle electronics.
